dc.description.abstract Content Management is one of the most important requirements in the organizational management. Content management covers the whole life cycle of the content in the business process from its creation to its archives. FileNet Process Engine can optimize the business process. This project objectives include the identity and access management over the over the content. FileNet P8 would be deployed and it would be used for the content management. IBM Tivoli Access Manager (e-business) need to manage the Access to the organizational content by making a demilitarized zone and IBM Tivoli Identity Manager will providing all the identities required for the full functionality and lifecycle management of content. In the end of the project the achieved objectives include content lifecycle management by FileNet P8 and it is successfully deployed in the lab environment. IBM Tivoli Identity Manager is providing whole enterprise infrastructure with the identities and content lifecycle is managed with all the given users and identities. One objective that could not be achieved was to put whole enterprise infrastructure into a demilitarized zone (DMZ). The outcome of the project is the learning of the modern enterprise technologies that are scalable to manage the millions of users and managing the access of the each and every user into enterprise infrastructure. Managing the user life cycle and providing each user with the role based access to the system, provisioning and de-provisioning users from services and controlling the orphan accounts. Managing the content lifecycle and making it possible for the enterprise with intelligent system to extract information from the existing data and create optimized and improved the organizational processes to gain maximum from the automation tools available in the modern information security and process automation domain. en_US
