dc.description.abstract The Purpose of our project is to facilitate the service sector with an IVR framework that enables them to rapidly develop, test and deploy IVR solutions. In telephony, Interactive Voice Response is a computerized system that allows a person, typically a telephone caller, to select multiple options from a voice menu and otherwise interface with a computer system/database; so, an IVR Solution would be a package that enables the service provider to make an IVR application satisfying their customer’s demands. The current situation of deploying an IVR infrastructure is just not feasible for small/medium scale businesses, also, the process of developing an IVR is very time consuming and cumbersome in the first place, that’s why most of the businesses which can afford such an infrastructure just their IVR requirements and hence are dependant on the vendors who provision them. Our proposed solution will help reduce development cost of IVR services both in terms of time and money as it takes the development procedure in-house, our user friendly interface has a very mild learning curve making the software easy to use, generic database schema and ability to integrate with existing databases makes it extremely flexible and highly adaptable to any kind of business, be it banks, telecos, cinemas, shopping outlets, courier service providers and even bakeries. The cost of deployment depends upon just one factor and that is the capacity the business requires for operating their IVR making it very affordable for all sizes of businesses, and the ability to generate sophisticated and customized reports helps evaluate the usability of the service so the business knows how much value the service is adding to the business as a whole. en_US
