Real Time Survey Application

Abstract

The aim of “Real-Time Survey Application” (RTS) is to automate the manual feedback seeking process and it caters for maximum audience response. It integrates different advanced survey seeking techniques to obtain the required feedback from the audience and ensures optimum responses. Advanced techniques include response time capture, scramble answers and show questions one by one. It allows users to create surveys on runtime. Different types of questions will be available to choose from including Image-Based questions. Application is designed for different platforms (Android, IPhone, Windows and BlackBerry) which will use the default device display settings of each device. Survey creation is based on a “Question Bank”. It is a database of well-formed questions by expert researchers. Each question has different keywords and multiple options against each keyword. User can customize questions of database just by choosing the options for each keyword or adding a custom value in that keyword. A complete survey can be created just by entering keywords in the questions of a particular category. Better ways of disseminating surveys are introduced i-e by SMS, email, social media and Web Links to ensure optimum responses. This product will help users to reach the specific targeted audience to obtain quality feedback. Product also allows users to analyze the survey results quickly and efficiently using auto-generated reports and graphical display of survey statistics. It includes a Crawler also which crawls the internet to get the contact details of target audience according to a particular location.
