dc.description.abstract The Project is related with the Design and Implementation of Power Amplifier for Switched Mode Transmitter Architecture based on the Top Down design methodology using 250nm Silicon Germanium BiCMOS Process. The designing environments and tools that have been used for simulations and results are Cadence Design Environment, Matlab & Simulink and HFSS. The project belongs to the field of Analog Mixed Signals in which both Analog and Digital components are used. The selected architecture uses Delta Sigma Modulator, a Class D Amplifier, a fourth order Butterworth Bandpass Filter and a Dipole Antenna. en_US
