Malware Toolkit

Abstract

With the advent of online social networks and portable devices like smartphones and USB mass storage devices, threat to the privacy and data security of individuals and nations has increased manifolds. Most importantly, privacy of individual users is at stake especially when context sensitive information like information about individual user' s surroundings, location and environment can be captured and transmitted remotely through cameras and mics attached to PCs, laptops, and smartphones without user's knowledge. Malware Toolkit will help fmding different vulnerabilities in computer systems and then provide solutions of such vulnerabilities or system loopholes in advance. "Malware Toolkit" helps in finding the vulnerabilities that affect the user' s privacy and security in terms of transmission of context-aware information. Our system scanner scans all files and detects malicious files & easily detects startup malicious processes. Our desktop based application has different modules such as process handler, scan registry, Runtime processes, startup processes checker, system scanner, path watcher and open port checker. Our system scanner will scan all files and detect malicious files. Our application has scanner module which will easily detect startup malicious processes. Our project is also beneficial for all organizations who deal with computer systems security related matters and who want to analyze different possible loop holes in computer systems. The main goal of Malware Toolkit would be to allow us to access the affected computer in the hidden mode, so that the user of affected computer would not be able to see remotely access of his/her computer. Any organization that wants to protect their sensitive data in better way and improve security can benefit from our "Malware Toolkit" project.
