Electronic ION and Minute Sheet Generation and Tracking

Abstract

SEECS is in process of developing its complete ERP system to help better utilization and management of its human and other resources. This ERP system consists of many modules which SEECS ERP software development team will develop in next one or two years of time period with modular approach. This project is to automate the File Management System of SEECS (includes both IONs and Minute Sheets) ERP System. Currently, IONs and Minute Sheets are managed manually which requires lots of time, money and paperwork to manage them. But still sometimes it is very hectic to keep track of these documents as they grow on daily basis and without any automated system it is very difficult to keep track of different facts about a document. In manual File Tracking system its very hectic to keep track that which file is forwarded to which person, which part is modified by whom and when, which is previous file in particular series etc so there is a great need of an automated system that keep track of all this information and this system is known as “Electronic ION and Electronic Minute Sheet generation and tracking”.
