Abstract:
In business the most important thing is the value of time. Today every business organization is willing to pay a heavy price to save every possible second and wants to consume maximum time. This is why today most of the business organizations are atomizing business processes. This is not only reducing the time consumptions but also this practice helps in removing manual errors. Pakistan is a developing nation and now most of the companies want to automate their business processes. Almost all the businesses are in the process of atomization and there is a lot of potential in the market. We have targeted the pharmaceutical distribution companies and are planning to provide a business solution for them that will not only atomize their accounts but also this will enable them to digitalize their sales, payment, inventory as well as the delivery processes. This will not only eliminate their manual entry problems but also this will save their time by accelerating their transactions. This will enable them to concentrate on other areas of their interests.
This project is a Route Accounting solution for Wireless devices targeting “Pharmaceutical Distribution Companies”. It is specially designed to automate all the daily business process and its core competency is to manage supply chain from order taking and shipping to price. It supports best practicing methods in Route Accounting and Distribution and is easily configured to meet specific operational requirements. With the help of this project there will be a paperless business environment and wireless interface will enable the field staff to communicate with backend management any time any where.
