dc.description.abstract Inter-processor communication between multiple hybrid processors is the biggest issue faced by designers of high end communication systems. Network on System framework proposes a configurable and scalable system where hybrid devices interact with each other over multiple paths and behave as dynamically configured routers for inter-communication like in the case of Software defined Radio (SDR). A generic middleware is required to handle the hardware complexities and deal with issues of configurability, flexibility and Quality of Service. This thesis explains how middleware act as a gap between application and underline hardware and OS, which help the developer to focus on their hardware input/output and forget about the hardware intricacies. Tasks become easier when it also involves debugging area. This report also describes the procedure to generate required “.h” and “.cpp” using GUI based IDE for the ARM and DSP processor. Generated code is linked with it’s pre-define functions while compiling it. en_US
