dc.description.abstract The project is related to the field of online Signature Verification where instead of on paper or screens, input signature is taken in-air with movement of the arm with the help of a sensor-based device Myo-armband. Existing sensor-based approaches either do not provide visual feedback or represent the recognized characters using prefixed templates. In contrast, the aim would be to give freedom of movement to the user by providing real-time visual feedback of the written characters. This methodology can help input without a reference surface in various environments such as banks, schools, smart labs etc. The algorithm can be modified to help people write; especially those who are suffering from unstable hand/arm movements which hinders input on plane surfaces such as writing with a pen on paper. en_US
