dc.description.abstract Psychology plays a very important role in our daily lives. With the extent of research into human behavior science, we’ve now come to realize that our actions and traits are linked to a largely encompassing human psychology. Psychologists can observe people and explain why and how they’re displaying emotions. Looking at faces, they can pick up emotions and expressions. Sadly, though, a psychologist can never be physically present to analyze people and their behavior. If the task of a psychologist was to be automated, psychology would easily find its way in an infinite number of setting, where it was never considered. With immaculate psychological profiling, we’re aiming at everything that a psychologist can do, but automated. Zauriel is a paradigm shift in terms of innovation and technology, there’s very little work in this direction. It is a prototype that shows results in HR Hiring. The macro-aim is to develop Zauriel as an immaculate, automated profiler, applicable in all scenarios and circumstances. However, the perspective for the FYP is to develop a workable Prototype, backed by research. Something that demonstrates that psychology can help in regular, orthodox situations: HR-Hiring. Employment Testing has become the norm. Multi-nationals like P&G, PMI, and Unilever spend vast sums of money to administer psychological written tests to test applicants. They hire specialists to administer those tests, and review them. An automated psychological evaluator could save tons of money. Zauriel is an App that simplifies HR Hiring using Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing. The app is focused at the interviewee, for the duration of the interview. Once the interview is completed, the app gives its review with an employability score. en_US
