dc.description.abstract In every store, the owner wants his benefits to be increased and he wants more and more customers to come to his store and buy his products. This system will help the store owner to maximize his benefits as it deals with the Data analytics of customer data for retail business optimization. Until now, many systems may have been developed. This product will be simply an improvement to those systems. This product will help the shop owner to know which of the items are sold most. The data will be collected from Point of Sale system and results will show to the owner, which includes what items are sold most and what is the relation of one product with another i.e. forming of clusters in order to keep those items in the same rack so that customers are appealed to buy those products. This product will also collect data using Cameras and Wi-Fi sensors. Using Cameras the customers are to be detected and checked whether what is the ratio of males to females and what is the age group of the people who mostly visit the store. The data from Wi-Fi sensors will indicate customers’ loyalty telling whether the customers are actually loyal and they keep on visiting or do they start leaving the place. The repetition of the MAC address will indicate how loyal a customer is to the store and may tell about the product. en_US
