dc.description.abstract |
Accessing a 3G or 4G connection for the end users anywhere and anytime is the ultimate goal of the Telecom Company in Pakistan. QoS framework is the main factor that consider in Telecom Company. The algorithm to adjust the bandwidth, as the key factor of the proposed framework, decides how to adjust the quality of service in the meetings to continue at a satisfactory level, with efficient use of system resources. In this paper, I have proposed a new policy implementation by PCC to improve the QoS and utilize the Frequency Spectrum more efficiently. Its performance was compared with the current resources use for Data Traffic at IP Core End in Telecom Sector. The results show that the new system generally works better because it improved equity and rapid calculation, whereas the previous policy use in Telecom Sector utilize the system bandwidth more inefficiently and not able to use system resource more efficiently. |
