dc.description.abstract TeleDOC is a diagnostic screening device, designed for the prediction of common and epidemic diseases. The device will incorporate machine learning and state of the art sensors to measure vital health signs non-invasively and in little amount of time. We are working towards a portable, cost-efficient diagnostic screening device capable of performing screening on most common disease using PPG in combination with a few other medical equipment (Thermometer etc). The major focus of this project is on the processing of PPG. Four parameters are extracted from a patient’s PPG namely (i) Heart Rate, (ii) Blood oxygenation level (SpO2), (iii) Respiratory Rate and (iv) Blood Pressure. Using these 4 parameters combined with body temperature we will be training a machine learning algorithm, which will later be used in field testing to determine the accuracy of our device in normal working conditions. en_US
