dc.description.abstract	In modern cities, the application of technological innovations plays a pivotal role to provide improved urban services to citizens for improving their life-style and to help administrations achieve cost and time efficiency. The concept of Speech based data entry system has improved the way a freelancer and employee can enter the data in the system. We propose online speech based data entry system as a convenient and web driven solution to improve data entry. The system allows the employee to enter the data without causing any frustration and tiredness. The web-based technology would be exploited to provide the access of system to the organizations as well as the freelancers doing their job.	en_US
