Abstract:
Industrial Automation has its applications and importance. As the world moves into the era of intelligent chips , the industries have progressed a lot. Today the aim is to make the industries that run themselves and minimize the human interaction. As the human interaction reduces with the machinery , we need systems that monitor and control the platform efficiently and effectively. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System is a computer software that solves this purpose.
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition is a generic name given to this category of software. In an approach to develop a SCADA system , HMI components play an important role in visualization of industrial setup. These components are designed as to reflect the actual industry and give the user better human interaction and control from a remote location. These components are plug and play components as the components are made in the real world. So this approach makes it easy to make an industrial setup by dragging and dropping the components into any environment that can be made by a third party.
