EPSP (Event Planning Service Provider)

Abstract

In this world of ever-changing needs, keeping up with the pace seems to matter to most to the generation of today. The desire of efficiency reigns supreme. Our solution (EPSP) is focused on two customers: event planners and vendors. We provide the platform for these two markets to connect and effortlessly create more events. We understand each side has their own needs, so we have tried to serve both in the best way possible. EPSP is a multipurpose platform and a self-contained product system to reinvent the experience of event creation and management for the millennial customers, by allowing them to dynamically create and manage an event. EPSP will provide its users with a list of vendors relevant to the event they are creating. The user can select the service he requires and filter through the list of vendors provided dynamically via budget setting and location as well as add them to Wishlist and view their details. It offers vendors a chance to enter the digital realm and get exposure by opening them up to the digital community. EPSP provides a dynamic management dashboard where user is offered different tabs to manage his event better. The project is mainly product based with research on market feasibility of the product as a startup. The system is concise and provides many solutions to the users for optimal resource allocation as well as reinvents the event management experience for the consumers.
