dc.description.abstract Every software development team thrives for success by managing the workflow and team coordination for timely product delivery with optimum customer satisfaction. Although not a new concept, agile is a requirement for future sustainability. It can be shown that businesses that fail to adopt some form of agile methods for product development also fail to meet customer and market demands and become greatly disadvantaged. Kanban is widely adopted development methodology and is becoming more popular in a variety of software companies. In both general and specific courses, there is significant study on the advantages and drawbacks of Software Engineering. These findings, however, have yet to be synthesized. Thus, this study is a Questionnaire based Survey to collect data from the specific sample that helped in analyzing the current and future scenario of KANBAN and in the evaluation of KANBAN’s benefits and effectiveness. Our generated results indicate that the advantages of Kanban identified in this thesis are more than the challenge. The founded challenge is Kanban alone does not assure success, as it is comparatively a basic flow tool that needs the support of other process frameworks. It has still the potential to confirm some of the effects and moderators that are now unproven, as well as fresh insights can be provided into Kanban's application in software companies. en_US
