dc.description.abstract A building has to pass through different stages during its construction process. Designing the building is the most crucial part of this process. Designing includes the architectural and structural designs and 3D modeling using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS. Also, the interior design of the building, column plan, beam plan, footing plan, ceiling plan, energy analysis, cost estimation, and scheduling of doors and windows are a part of this design process. Environmental Sustainability is another factor that affects the building design. In this era of the fast-growing construction industry sustainability may be treated as the biggest factor regarding the building design and no compromise can be made on it. This research presents the designs of a double-story building and includes its architectural and structural designs keeping in view the sustainability part of the building. Different software such as Revit, Nevis Work, Plan Swift, Lumion, and MS Excel has been used during the research to make the design more efficient. en_US
