Abstract:
The electrical energy sector is rapidly developing towards a more sustainable and greener future as a result of the widespread installation of Distributed Generators (DGs). One of the most promising solutions for fulfilling our energy demands while simultaneously decreasing atmosphere change is the photovoltaic system. Thus, the use of fossil fuel generators is increasingly being replaced by solar photovoltaic power systems in many developing nations. The capacity to produce energy from natural, artificial, low, shaded, and reflected light is also present in window glass and window blinds. It has the ability to generate the energy you need to sustainably and greatly improve your products by utilizing unlimited amounts of solar energy. However, before building a PV system on a home or commercial scale, a performance and economic assessment must be conducted to establish future benefits, suitability, and outcomes. We used PVsyst software to model and build a PV system for a luxury villa and three high-rise structures in Pakistan. A comprehensive payback analysis was conducted for both upfront cash purchases and financing the solar window /blinds system. The PV plant's performance ratio has been calculated. A comparison of pay back savings with different percentages of 25.0%, 50.0%, and 100.0% with the manufacture of solar systems for different sites is also included in this study endeavor. A comprehensive proposal is also proposed for high rise buildings and villas to include the cost of solar panels (windows/ blinds) in building construction cost to reduce the load on national grid.
