dc.description.abstract	In this thesis, we find Noether symmetries for Bianchi type IV spacetime. Different cases have been studied. It is found that the minimal set contains four symmetries. There are various cases, where we get five Noether symmetries. Maximum number of Noether symmetries that the Bianchi type IV spacetime metric may admit is six.	en_US
