Abstract:
Construction, as any expert in the construction business knows, can be a costly and time- consuming job. Delays are almost more frequent than on-time construction and can be caused by a variety of factors including excessive bureaucratic procedures, weather, and other unforeseen conditions, insufficient planning, a lack of people, and a variety of other factors. Long construction projects can have a negative influence on public opinion even before they are completed, especially if they cause delays or annoyance to individuals who live or work near the construction site. Modular construction is a method of constructing a building off- site, in a controlled environment, using the same materials and adhering to the same rules and standards as traditional structures
