dc.description.abstract Construction industry is one of the major contributors of economic growth and development all over the globe. Due to the complex nature of the construction projects and the involvement of a large number of manpower construction projects all over the world are marred with inconsistent results and inefficient products. Keeping this in mind construction industry has developed a new way forward in order to move towards a more automated approach of offsite construction prefabrication which can help move the construction industry in a new era. Application of agile project management in the field of construction prefabrication can lead to even better results if implemented properly. Keeping this in mind this research will focus on the implementation of agile project management in the field of construction prefabrication. The research in question aims to achieve this goal by detailed literature review on the attributes of agile project management which can be utilized in order to augment the construction prefabrication effort. Literature review is also done on the critical success factors of construction prefabrication. A questionnaire survey is conducted on the attributes of agile project management as well as critical success factors of construction prefabrication effort. Exploratory factor is applied on the attributes of agile project management and the attributes of agile project management are grouped into two main categories for further research on the topic. This study concludes that attributes of agile project management have strong positive correlations with the critical success factors of construction prefabrication. The study done in this regard can be used as a stepping stone for further research on the topic and can lead to further research in project management areas like procurement and R&D as well. en_US
