dc.description.abstract Various treatments and therapies are used to cure neurological disorders like Cerebral Palsy. Neurotransmission cognitive theory forms the basis of vibrational therapy which is also used for treating Cerebral Palsy along with other related diseases. In this research, we conduct a study to validate Neurotransmission cognitive therapy effects that is how effective and safe it is to use for patients having dysarthria and Cerebral Palsy. Vibrational therapy device is used to transmit vibrations to the patients’ brain via applying on the defined specific therapy application points of the body. The period of whole intervention is 6 months. 12 participants including 84% males and 16% females (having mean age 6.2; S.D. as 1.3) are enrolled for the therapy. Assessments are carried out to check the positive and adverse impacts of the therapy at three different levels (pre, mid and post therapy). Parameters of TAAPU are used for the clinical based assessment of participants and survey based assessment is carried out to know about the viewpoints of parents. Results shows that the data has normality as Shapiro Wilk test shows p>0.05. Paired sample T-test is used for further assessment of data which gives 95% confidence interval (CI) while chi-square test also gives out 95% CI hence supported our test hypothesis. Intelligibility score for single word also got improved (p<0.05) during the assessment period and 90% parents have given a positive response towards the efficacy of therapy. There isn’t any adversity reported throughout the intervention as all the parameters of phonological processes show p<0.05 for whole intervention. The study concludes that the vibrational therapy is safe and effective to use for dysarthria and Cerebral Palsy patients. This is a rudimentary study, more studies need to be carried out with larger number of participants in order to make it more evident en_US
