dc.description.abstract This paper uses a Three-Dimensional Cancer model (TDCM) to study and develop a controller of tumor, hunting predator and resting predator cell dynamics. Two nonlinear (Lyapunov Redesign and Synergetic) and a linear (PID) controller is developed for chemotherapy and its effect on different cells is studied. Stability of the controllers is verified using lyapunov stability theory. Purpose of this work is to control tumor growth and reduction of its population to level where it becomes harmless. The hunting predator cells also to be maintained at a certain level. The theoretical analysis has been supported by MATLAB Simulink simulations which confirmed that the primary objectives of the research are achieved. Moreover, un-modeled perturbations have been added to test the robustness of the control developed. en_US
