dc.description.abstract Wireless mobile telecom has developed from analogue (1G) to digital (2G) to GPRS(2.5G) to broadband (3G) and 4G. Over the past few years, more than 160 countries have launched 3G services and the number of active 3G subscriptions surpassed one billion. Countries from Australia to the USA are allocating billions of dollars to deploy broadband infrastructures and are adopting the 4G LTE technology now. While in Pakistan are still waiting for the complete launch of 3G technology. The aim of the search is to study and analyze the process of Deployment and adoption of 3G and 4G in Asian countries specifically India and China. How this process was done and the challenges these countries faced and are still facing the successful implementation of these technologies. This study helps us figuring out some of the critical factors which can be important for the successful Deployment and adoption of these technologies in Pakistan. And these critical factors then lead towards the development of the framework for the success of these technologies in Pakistan. en_US
