In a present digital era, Customer information plays a very significant role for the
corporations. They are utilizing this information in different ways to cater the costumers with
novel products and services. Nevertheless, the protection of this information is the cardinal
responsibility of the organizations.
The concerns of the telecommunication subscribers regarding the protection of their personal
data are growing all over the world. A large number of cases have been witnessed around the
globe that demonstrated lack of security of customers’ personal data. The causes might be
different apart from lack of investment in the sophisticated technology for this growing
concern.
This study examines the privacy concerns with regard to cellular communications among
customers using reliable scales and measures, and develops a strategic the framework to
overcome this soaring issue. |
