Abstract:
With the introduction of new advanced and specialized industry into the business sector of Pakistan, we are looking onto the ever-growing 3rd largest populated city, Faisalabad in Pakistan. Industry is bringing into Pakistan, a capital at the number of billions per day which is invested back into the industrial chain. City of Faisalabad is being expanded for its business sector by the introduction of new 'Industrial City of Faisalabad', which is present along the exposed side of motorway that connects the city i.e., M3. By analyzing the current diplomatic, cultural and political issues, idea is to provide the business sector of industrial city with a type of rejuvenation, an industrial training & incubation center. Through this idea of bringing idea and skill to the purely strategic and structural business programs, I will shed light upon the halt of industrial education and common collaboration in Faisalabad.
The goal is to define the new business sector abilities and showcase the new international markets of world to the locale, so their commercial outlook can be refined and industry can be promoted at a bigger level in Faisalabad. Expansion of industrial era of Pakistan at this time is on rise and this would be very adequate to introduce newer industrial functionality and programs to penetrate the industrial sector with emerging industrial market. This typology needs to be introduced at a global harmony level, where the industrial parks of Pakistan can resonate with globally highlighted industrial parks. That includes programs like providing cushion for booming startups that need more nourishment, includes the support for international business chains and provides them spaces to conduct business tax-free, also looks into the early/monthly/weekly exhibitions and trainings that are temporary and need a quick market representation for newer technology and products. This way, we can look at exchange of business portfolios at a more progressive stage, which Pakistan requires at the stage in 2022 and how will it contribute to the future growth development.
