Abstract:
This thesis aims to summarize our contribution in the study and repair of a faulty
Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery for Hamilton Ventilators. The project focuses on careful
selection of high-performance battery cells to ensure optimal capacity and durability. The battery
efficiently stores and delivers electrical energy to meet the critical requirements of the Hamilton
ventilator system. Advanced battery management techniques are incorporated to optimize charging
and discharging cycles and minimize energy loss. Robust protection systems are implemented to
prevent overcharging, over-discharging, short-circuiting, and thermal runaway. Safety features,
including emergency power-off mechanisms, are integrated into the battery to avoid any potential
hazards.
Efficient battery management contribute to longer runtimes, enhanced operational
efficiency, and improved longevity. This accomplishment marks a significant advancement in the
field of Hamilton ventilator electrical systems, ensuring the battery’s effectiveness in meeting the
stringent power requirements of the Hamilton ventilator system. Overall, the study and repair of
the rechargeable Lithium-ion battery for Hamilton ventilators have been successfully
accomplished, resulting in improved functionality and performance.
