dc.description.abstract Technologies are integrated into the field of construction engineering and management, especially in enhancing facility management. In this light, it is objective for this project to use Building Information Modeling (BIM)-generated 3D building models with complaint management app developments. The major purpose is to improve the application's functioning by allowing users to easily observe and report facility-related issues in their living or working places. The project requires the creation of a detailed and comprehensive 3D building model with BIM software. This model contains crucial information about the building's components, systems, and infrastructure, resulting in a detailed visual representation of the facility. Using deep coding language like JavaScript and HTML, a customized viewer called Xeokit BIM Viewer is created to seamlessly connect the 3D building model with the app. The integrated solution allows users to examine the facility's graphic structure and locate the precise location of reported issues within the 3D model. Users can navigate the virtual environment, identify individual components, and describe any faults they notice or see. The expands the application's functionality by allowing real-time synchronization of the 3D building model and the complaint management system. This guarantees that all stakeholders have access to current information and promotes efficient communication and collaboration among users, facility managers, and department heads. This project represents a significant advancement in facility management approaches, bridging the gap between physical infrastructure and digital innovation. This initiative provides a complete remedy by integrating a BIM-based 3D building model with an complaint management application, enhancing user engagement, improving decision making processes, and ultimately fostering a more efficient approach to facility management. en_US
