dc.description.abstract |
Security Information Event Management system abbreviated as SIEM is a cybersecurity
software that helps organizations collect, analyze and correlates log activity data from
various sources for the detection of potential security disruptions and provide real time
alerts. It helps businesses in enhancing cybersecurity posture by managing security incidents,
mitigating potential risks and ensuring compliance. However, the high costs
and complexity of these advanced services often make it difficult for many Small and
Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to take advantage of them.
Our project intend to close this gap by providing SMEs with a SIEM solution that is both
affordable and easy to use. This gives them the ability to see their IT infrastructure in
real time, make threat detection easier with pre-established rules, and react to security
threats more quickly with tools for centralized log management and incident response.
In essence, our solution offers SMEs enterprise-grade security without the expense or
complexity associated with enterprise-level solutions |
