dc.description.abstract Organizational culture and team human factors are the significant factors influencing the productivity of software development teams. Researchers focused on exploring the impact of organizational culture and social dynamics on productivity or project outcomes but the relationship between organizational culture and team human factors of software development teams still remains under-explored, especially in the context of IT industry of Pakistan. This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and team human factors considering the Competing Values Model (CVM). CVM is a widely used cultural model in software engineering. The selection of team human factors and designing of the research instrument is based upon the extant literature. To pertain to the relationship, hypotheses are proposed and tested using statistical techniques including correlation analysis, regression analysis, and PLS-SEM. The findings of the study contribute to the existing literature concerning the factors that influence the human aspects of software development. en_US
