dc.description.abstract ERP systems provide users with standardized functionality and access privileges, ensuring consistent execution of processes and tasks across all access points or gateways. This integrated model guarantees uniformity in the way operations are carried out throughout the system. ERP systems are implemented in the organizations to enhance their performance. Post Implementation analysis helps organizations to identify the key factors accelerating the employee’s performance and highlights the issues being faced by organizations during execution of routine tasks. This study is aimed to analyze the ERP implementation with a view to identifying the organizational performance. The research is being carried out in two phases. The first phase involves qualitative analysis, where semi-structured interviews are being conducted to meet the objectives. In the second phase, quantitative analysis is being performed using survey questionnaires. The study reveals the key factors affecting the employee performance including training, behavior intention and ERP system satisfaction. The proposed model considers the study objectives and the findings that how ERP system has boosted the organizational performance. Through rigorous statistical analysis of collected data, this study concludes that ERP system quality positively influences individual and organizational outcomes in Pakistan's public sector, with user satisfaction serving as a key mediator. en_US
