Abstract

Emilio José Armaza-Armaza is “Ramón y Cajal” Researcher and Associate Professor of Criminal Law, University of Deusto, Law School, Avda, Bilbao, Spain; he can be reached at emilio.armaza@deusto.es. The author’s work has focused on the study of legal and ethical implications that arise from the development and application of biotechnological innovations, essentially from the perspective of criminal law.
