dc.description.abstract The documentary is titled "Chasing Dreams: Gen Z and the New Work Paradigm." Falling under the ‘Social and Cultural’ genre, it focuses on exploring the social and cultural aspects of how Gen Z is reshaping and influencing workplace culture. The expository shooting style is used, featuring a 'Voice of God' narration style. The documentary delves into how Generation Z, those born between 1997 and 2012, is leveraging technology to create new alternative economic opportunities for themselves outside the traditional workforce. Three Gen Z subjects are shadowed throughout the course of one project each, accompanied by in-depth interviews with relevant experts. en_US
