dc.description.abstract Pulse+ is a collaborative project management dashboard designed to streamline team communication and project tracking by integrating features from both Slack and Jira. Developed using Next.js and Tailwind CSS for the frontend, and Node.js with MongoDB Atlas for the backend, Pulse+ offers a comprehensive suite of tools hosted on AWS Amplify and EC2 for seamless user experiences. Key features include a customizable dashboard, real-time chat (both one-on-one and group), a calendar with reminders, and an AI tab that incorporates document summarization and Optical Character Recognition (OCR). The projects section features a Kanban board for task management, while the visualization tab provides graphical representations and burn-down charts to track progress. The file section enables users to upload and manage files securely via Amazon S3. This thesis details the development, implementation, and performance analysis of Pulse+, highlighting its capabilities to enhance team productivity and project efficiency. Through a user-centered design approach, Pulse+ addresses the common challenges in project management by providing an integrated platform for communication, task tracking, and data visualization. The system’s architecture ensures scalability, reliability, and optimal performance, making it a robust solution for modern project management needs. Performance tests, including those conducted with Google PageSpeed Insights, demonstrate the system's efficiency and responsiveness. Future enhancements will focus on further improving scalability, integrating advanced AI features, and optimizing performance for mobile devices, ensuring Pulse+ remains at the forefront of collaborative project management solutions. en_US
