dc.description.abstract In the long run, technology has improved human lives since the beginning of time by solving problems associated with everyday life. From the invention of the wheel in ancient times to the latest smartphones, technology has come a long way in making our lives more convenient and efficient. Modern technology has made it possible for users to instantly access a variety of services. The emergence of on-demand services has completely changed the way we access services such as repairs and maintenance. People often find it challenging to locate a expert to help with repairs or maintenance services due to hectic schedules and rigid habits. Customers or the users who are interested in this type of service must first meet the service provider in person or over the phone. It is challenging for the customer to locate any service in an emergency at any time or place. To address these problems, a platform or system was needed to fill the communication gap between customers and service providers. This project introduces a system called "Sahoolat," a query-based management tool, to assist people, especially our university students, in finding solutions to their problems fast. Users will find it simple to navigate and access the services they require because of the user-friendly interface. It will also provide a secure platform for both end-users and service providers to communicate and transact. This will ensure that users are able to always access reliable and trustworthy services. In addition to this, we have also contributed towards saving university resources with the help of Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors. en_US
