Abstract:
As the world is making progress, Virtual Reality is advancing in every discipline of life. Virtual Reality is the utilization of modern technology to create a simulated environment. Almost each and every aspect of subject in real world is covered under it and it is upgrading with time. We have used VR to represent 3d real estate buildings in our project. VR finds its applications in construction industry and housing societies. It has given construction and urban planning a new edge in making the preplanning stage more effective and less expensive. The aim of VR is the provision of a virtual environment where we can interact with a computer just as we do in the real world. Our project consists of a web application which comprises of a 3-D model of a house created on AutoCAD. The model is designed and rendered in such a way to provide realistic view of the house. The motive of the project is to generate a web interface where that realistic 3-d model is projected and it can be easily and efficiently viewed by the user along with its surroundings with just one click. This allows the users to observe what their building looks like where they are putting in their money. It brings easiness to the property dealers in selling the house or make a deal without actually visiting the site. We are creating a user friendly web interface which will provide quick access to common features or commands. The visualization of the 3-d building includes viewing the interior as well and the interface also provides the attributes of the model concerning user.
