dc.description.abstract Since it's creation, Pakistan has been a production house of talented Sportsmen. Having won numerous competitions in the sport of Hockey and Cricket, Pakistan has gained recognition in these sports, yet has nothing to show for in the Sport of Football, despite having an abundance of stars. The trend of Football has advanced in recent years, the FIFA World Cup 2006 being the main turning point, with the downfall of Cricket and Hockey and the spiking popularity of European and other International Players and Leagues, being the probable reason. The following of International Leagues in the youth of our nation has injected the love of the Sport in them, resulting in the Sport being played more frequently, mostly in the Urban centres. This rise has caused much talent to surface, which should be utilised in the right place. There are many reasons which anchor our Country to be recognized at a global stage. Mainly, the lack of Proper Facilities coaching as well as venues, supremacy and importance given of other sports over Football, the corruption in the Board preventing genuine talent to be featured and the proper funds put into the construction of facilities, and the lack of following and viewership of the Sport. Right now is the peak time to invest into the Sport, with prodigies of the sport blooming around the country. The main centres of the Sport are namely, Karachi, Quetta, lslamabad/Rwp, and KPK. The Thesis fvolves around the idea of developing an incubating lifestyle of a talented young Footballer, aged 13 to 18 y/o. Taking precedence from the likes of Fe Ajax, Fe Barcelona and Fe Bayern Munich etc, who're known to select players from grass-root levels and convert them into World renown stars, the thesis aims to create a learning environment fit for the lifestyle of a Budding footballer, teaching the Student the vital aspects of the game on the pitch as well as off the pitch, hence creating a "Football Campus". The Project aimsto scout players from all over the country and bringthem to the campus, where they will reside, and play. All the meanwhile, they will be trained physically with the programs relevant to the Sport, as well as mentally strengthening the individuals so they can be fit for the game on a mental level, and psychologically, taking inspiration from the attributes of the game which requires the comprehensive and cognitive abilities of the player to be sharp and response-reflex oriented. The challenge of the Project will be to create a conducive learning environment through Architecture and design, which can facilitate all these aspects for the growth of a player, which will require for Project to be more than just the norm, giving our Footballing youth an extra edge, to perform on the global scale and can be launched as assets for the International Football Market. en_US
