Abstract:
Technology is emerging day by day so increase in online services is also increasing with it. So,
our project will cover the area of software side. We will be working on the developing website,
which will be used to provide different services. The reason we have chosen this project is to
provide different services at a single platform. There were many websites but they were specific
in their services. So, we made such a website in which services related to every field will be
provided under one platform. If any customer wants to avail any service, he can choose that service
and service will be provided according to his need. If the user is service provider, the user will
register as service provider and all his data will be stored in firebase database. We will be using a
payment system so that we can keep track of customers and service providers. In website we will
also develop a chatbot so that different problems of customers can be solved easily. A
recommendation system will also be developed and to get the feedback of customers about
different service providers a rating system will be made. So, to develop these systems we will use
different libraries and algorithms.
