Abstract:
With the steady improvement in the quality of life, there is an increase in the number of
people that are paying attention to their health. Regular exercise and physical activity provide
numerous health benefits. Exercising is beneficial to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or
physical ability but inappropriate or excessive sport and exercise, on the other hand, might
result in physical harm. Also, towards the sports industry athletes not being aware of their
muscle health can risk their careers. And this can be dangerous to the ones who are keen to
know about their muscle insight in order to avoid disorders like unequal muscle growth. In
this regard with the help of sensors like EMG, ECG and IMU we can gather a sufficient
amount of information which can help us to make a system that can work in order to avoid
these disorders. Also, the above goal can be achieved by EMG tests, but they are only
available in hospitals, so a commercially available solution is needed. The process begins with
the muscles producing raw data which is transferred to Web-App wirelessly through IOT
node. To refine the raw signals, the data is sent to the web servers where machine learning
algorithms will be applied
