dc.description.abstract | Due to the congestion of automobiles on highways and expressways, there is a large amount of wind pressure generated on these roads, owing to the wind turbulences created by the automobile. This mechanical energy produced in the surrounding areas could be used to generate electrical energy. By harnessing the available Impact Wind Energy in a better, efficient way, it is intended to develop a technology to utilize this high pressure column of generated wind. In concern to this, it is intended to develop an installation consisting of several small wind mills, which work on the principles of this highway wind energy, and is on the other hand aesthetically pleasing. | en_US |
