dc.description.abstract Perspicuum is a system that is designed to address low-visibility circumstances for drivers, on a macro as well as a micro level. Fog, and now in several areas, smog is making it difficult for drivers to commute without the hazard of collision. Several accidents take place every year due to low visibility, not only causing damage to cars but also causing loss of life. This is a problem that has not been dealt with, especially in Pakistan, and the number of accidents increases each year. At most, the motorways are shut down during the fog season resulting in delays for people who urgently need to travel and bringing financial losses to businesses that deal in transporting goods from one city to another. The proposed design is not a single product, it is a system. In order to have a greater impact and more benefits, it provides a solution for not only cars but also for the motorways. The system proposes to lower the moisture content of the fog at the areas with the densest fog, improving visibility as a result, as well as an accessory that can be attached on to the car to act as an alarming and anti-collision system for the driver. en_US
