dc.description.abstract With the increase in human population, the number ofvehicles on the road is also increasing. 60% of human population lives in urban cities now, and so majority of the population is having to live in small densely populated areas. Due to this density of human beings, the car just do not have enough space to move around the city using their full potential. With human population increase in the next 10 years, it is not too difficult to imagine the situation of our roads in the future. It's been 100 years since the automobile was introduced, and since thenwe have kept our city travel restricted to two dimensions while living in a three dimensional world. The next obvious step for mankind, while taking inspiration from nature is to utilize the three dimensional space around us. AirMetro allows commuters in a city to travel everyday distances in less than 10 minutes that usually take 40 minutes. All the saved time not only improves health of a city, but also brings fuel import taxes down, gives people more leisure time, saves lives and overall improves the living standards of a city. en_US
