Digestion begins in the head, not the stomach; our dietary habits are the first and most important requirement for
maintaining a healthy mind-body relationship. We are what we consume and how we consume, makes or breaks us,
but the root cause of gut problems is eating too much in too little time and without reaching satiety. Conscious eating
(slow consumption) encourages proper digestion and triggers a chain reaction of balanced metabolism, which leads
to the recognition of a stable gut mind infantry. Undesirable outcomes stem from a lack of concentration and
consideration for consumption habits. Satiety (the feeling of fulfillment) is determined by two variables: the quantity
of meal (portion control) and the pace at which meal is consumed (speed of eating). This age of technology and
information celebrates innovation while also ushering in a new collection of uncharted territory. Too many of us are
unable to achieve a healthy connection due to modern-day work and life pressures (sedentary lifestyle). As a result,
Common man's diseases CMD (non-communicable diseases) are on the rise i-e Obesity, Acidity, Diabetes, and Heart
Attack. The middle-aged and more seasoned populace, are at risk of contracting lifestyle infections, with 67 percent
of males and 86 percent of females falling casualty. Pharmaceutical and diets are transitory fixes, with
no small Jong-term sustainable solutions cures promising good health. Project Curry (smart eating utensils) is a
sustainable radical Jang-term system to preserve and practice gut mind infantry, the concept is focused on the
fundamental principle of prevention is better than cure by concentrating on a controlled way of eating. The system's
simplicity promises to train and maintain a slow or regulated consumption (eating) style. |
