dc.description.abstract Structural members especially RCC beams experience cracking due to over loading or if not designed for the load these are supposed to carry safely. As development of cracking continues, deflection of the beams increases excessively more. Creep and shrinkage further aggravate the situation by increasing the deflection several times more. As a result not only capacity of the RCC beams to take unexpected additional loads diminishes but en_US
