dc.description.abstract In today's constantly advancing and changing era, people working in corporate environments undergo a lot of stress and are often depressed. 3% of all employees suffering short-term disability days is due to workplace depression and another 15% commit suicide because of this. Many companies often provide their employees with ranging perks to help them feel relieved of their burdens, allowing them to work to their full potential. These include regular visits by the EAP professionals, vacation, health and insurance plans along with multiple club memberships. Not only are these expensive but also ineffective on a day to day basis. Extensive research and Interviews have been provided within this research report regarding this problem statement. In lieu of this background research, this thesis is aimed at providing a viable and easy-to-operate rejuvenating pod as a solution for growing workplace stress. The Intent Is to counter the detrimental effects It has on potential of employees as well as their psychological wellbeing. en_US
