AquasSmart: A smart device to monitor your water usage at home

Abstract

Water scarcity is one of the problem faced by Pakistan nowadays and the main reason behind this problem is that there are no proper means to control the wastage of water. Government is working on mega projects but no one is taking initiative towards conserving water at domestic level, although this is the ultimate need of time. This project aims to cater the problem of water shortage at domestic level. There should be a product that will help people to minimize the wastage of water and to monitor their water usage in their homes so that they'd come to know how much water they are using while doing simple chores.
