dc.description.abstract Stress is an everyday burden that people must carry by force. They cannot escape the cage of society's expectation of them, causing them to have multiple stressors including family, social, and mostly, work stress. In Pakistan, one out of three people suffer from work stress, and because of lack of mental health facilities in Pakistan, there are only 750 trained psychiatrists, which means there is one psychiatrist for every 10,000 people. The increase of open-work spaces has led to problems such as inadequate privacy and noise disturbance. This report talks about the in-depth study of designing an Office Pod or Office Capsule for employees who need an escape from everyday stresses or want to work in a quiet and isolated room without any disturbance. en_US
