Abstract:
Despite the great advances in technology, an average household in South Asia still spends about 3 to 5
hours a day cooking curries, becoming exhausted or consuming unhygienic and unhealthy fast food to avoid
this fatigue. There is a need to automate the process of preparing curries to reduce the workload of personnel.
The technology for automating cooking around the world has been studied (using different kitchen
appliances such as rice maker, roti maker, or coffee maker as case studies; for different mechanisms like
dispensing) to innovate the cooking appliance for people in this region, along with the development of the
cooking process generally used to prepare any desi curry dish meal. Considering all factors such as spice
flow, flow rate, mixing, flow timing and mixing speed, the designed cooking machine facilitates the cooking
process and provides healthy and hygienic desi dishes while saving people a lot of time. The product
designed as a result of this research improves people's lifestyle, relieves them from the worries of cooking,
and allows them to focus on other work to achieve better results or engage in healthy activities. The product
relieves the user of much of the work, saving him from unnecessary exhaustion.
