dc.description.abstract This research project addresses the pressing issue of stress and anxiety, which affects a significant portion of the population. Through structured interviews with healthcare professionals and target users, as well as user testing, valuable insights were gained. The findings revealed the widespread presence of stress and anxiety, along with the limitations of existing stress management techniques. In response, a wearable neck collar with integrated headphones was developed, combining targeted massage and immersive audio therapy. User testing demonstrated significant reductions in stress levels and improved relaxation. The implications of this research extend beyond individual well-being, potentially impacting mental health, productivity, and work-life balance. The project contributes to the field of stress management and provides a foundation for further advancements, offering a promising solution to address the pervasive issue of stress and anxiety. en_US
